ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN AND SHIPPED FROM OUR FULFILLMENT CENTERS LOCATED IN ARIZONA, PENNSYLVANIA, & KENTUCKY
Your payment method (card) is charged at the time of checkout and your order is put in a cue to process for shipping. This can take 24-48 hours. On average, orders will arrive within 3-5 days after they’ve been processed but depending on time of year (ie. holidays) processing times could reach 48-72 hours.
We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In certain circumstances we may send out a replacement if deemed necessary. We will need pictures of the damages, so please save all packaged goods and materials. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states that it is delivered it is no longer within our policy to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged.
  Once again holidays will affect shipping times. We recommend purchasing at least 30 days before major holidays to assure delivery.
There may be times during the year when we are experiencing high volumes of orders that may also affect the shipping process. We will communicate this to the best of our abilities through email.

Damages

   If for any reason you receive a game where the contents arrive damaged or missing pieces, we apologize and we’ll ship you another game ASAP.

Return to sender

If your package has been returned by any mail carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, ETC.) due to incorrect address, we will contact you to receive an updated address for reshipment. If the game is returned to us due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Returns / Refunds

You have 30 days to return your game from the day of your order. For a refund we require that the game be unused and unopened. After we receive the game and its approved by our staff we will issue a refund. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Cancellation

You have 2 hours from the time of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. See return/refund policy for anything after 3 hours.

Fun or its Free Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the game, you have 7 days after receiving it to return for a full refund. To receive a refund the game must be returned in the same condition you received it in (brand new). Refunds are subject to staff approval.
